Continuing a long family tradition of quality projects for over 50 years in B.C.'s building and construction industry, J. Taylor & Associates was founded by John Taylor, Sr. Consultant and Principal of our firm. John brings over 30 years of combined contracting, construction management, consulting and inspection experience in the roofing, waterproofing, concrete and building envelope restoration fields over his tenure from holding upper level management positions with several large established construction companies and also working on projects with some of the more prominent engineering firms in British Columbia.
J. Taylor & Associates has been proudly serving our valuable clients across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley since 2000, providing them with our technical expertise, field review, maintenance review, condition assessment, specification writing, tendering, contract administration and owner's project management services for their buildings pertaining our fields of specialization in roofing and waterproofing by providing sound long-term solutions and protection against our harsh west coast climate. We provide our consulting services for commercial, industrial and residential buildings servicing building owners, property managers, strata corporations, housing cooperatives, homeowners architects, engineers, and general contractors.
